You are able to make routine, or planned appointments with the practice by telephone (020 7923 1999) or in person. Reception are able to offer appointments up to 2 weeks in advance for non-urgent problems or review. Please register your mobile phone number with Reception for an automatic appointment reminder one day before your appointment is due.
We try to ensure that you see the doctor of your choice, but this is not always possible and it may be necessary to see someone else.
Reception can be very busy in the morning so we would ask you to wait until after 10:00am for an appointment or query that is not urgent. This will help us to offer a good service to everyone.
You are also able to book appointments on line - please ask at Reception for information on how to register for this service.
For a problem that cannot wait for a routine appointment, or for a problem that has just arisen, we offer a GP Telephone Triage call-back service and a Direct Booking service
Please call Reception between 8:30 and 11:00am (usually Monday, Thursday & Friday) and a GP will call you back and discuss your symptoms with you. You may be asked to come in for an appointment or your problem may be dealt with over the telephone. Please remember to telephone between 8:30 and 11:00am.
On Tuesday and Wednesday we offer a Direct Booking service - you are able to book an appointment without a GP calling back.
Telephone the practice on 020 7923 1999 to request an I:HUB appointment at a nearby local surgery and with an Islington GP or nurse, any time between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week (apart from Thursday 2pm to 6.30pm when the surgery is closed).
Please tell the receptionist if you have an emergency and they will advise you. When we are closed you should contact the NHS 111 service or telephone the Mildmay Medical Practice on 020 7923 1999 for instructions.
If you need medical attention between 8.00-8.30am Mon-Fri and 2.00-6.30pm on Thursday that cannot wait until we are next open, please telephone the Out of Hours GP service on 0300 033 9978.
