When submitting your eConsult, please be aware that:

• ADMIN eConsults have a 72hr response time
• If a patient submits an eConsult on Saturday or Sunday the response time is Tuesday 6.30pm
• CLINICAL eConsults aim to be responded to by the end of the next working day (if not submitted over the weekend).
• Although we aim to resolve quickly the intial contact may be acknowledging eConsult has been received and a GP will be in touch.
• Bank Holiday weekends response times are also adjusted.
