Please do NOT book an appointment to attend the Practice using the online service - if you’ve been to mainland China and have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning - or if you have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus. Please call 111 instead.

Comments & Complaints

green_notebooksWe are always interested to receive your comments and suggestions. If you experience any problems with the services we provide, please ask to speak with the practice manager. An information leaflet about our complaints procedure is available to download here Complaints Leaflet or from Reception.

You can complain directly to us, or you can complain to NHS England. When you complain to the practice you start a two way conversation. However, if you choose to complain to NHS England the process is more formal. You will probably only get one chance to put your case. Make sure you give them all the relevant information. They will then need to contact us, the GP practice, to investigate.
