Please do NOT book an appointment to attend the Practice using the online service - if you’ve been to mainland China and have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning - or if you have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus. Please call 111 instead.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagThese are only for people who are not able to get to the surgery either because they are housebound or too unwell. Please phone between 9.00am and 11.00am if possible.

A doctor will phone you back and arrange a time for a visit. It may be that your problem can be dealt with by giving advice over the telephone or it may be necessary for the doctor to arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the practice.
